Not getting call notifications

I cannot get phone calls to show on my Fitbit Versa or Versa 3.  I have a Pixel 4a and Pixel 4a 5G, both on Android 12.  Neither phone will work with call notifications.  It has to be a permission or something with Android 12 because I was receiving these notifications before my phones updated.  Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit devices. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To resolve difficulties with notifications, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Watches as replacement devices:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1643678522931.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
