 I have a galaxy 8s plus and a charge 2. I am not getting either my call or text notifications. I know it is possible because my mother is getting both. Can someone help me fix this problem? I have already uninstalled and installed the app, turned my notifications on on my phone, and on my fitbit. Help please!

I'm having a similar problem.  I've read al the post about pressing and holding the button to ensure notifications aren't muted. However I've discovered the notification option is missing from my app. I'm a galaxy s7/charge 2 user. Hopefully someone can help you and in return it will help me too.
