Not getting notifications from Pixel to Alta HR.

I'm trying to get call and text notification on my Alta HR from my Google Pixel phone.  I've already checked the supported devices list and I know it should be possible, but it's still not working.  Any suggestions?

Hi there @flickb0913, it is nice to see new faces around the Fitbit Community! You are correct, the Google Pixel phone is listed as a compatible device. So I would like to recommend the following steps: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app). Give it a try, It might be of your help to resolved the notification issues.
