I'm not getting a notification when I'm getting a call or text. I've tried turning off Bluetooth, waiting 15 seconds then turning it back on. Then I turned off my phone, waited 15 seconds and turned it back on. I have a Samsung S9 plus. Thanks for your help!

A common cause of this with the Charge 2 is when the fitbit is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the issue here?

Can you test it now that it's definitely on (I can't remember if holding the button shows the current status or changes it and then shows it)

I ran into this issue as well. I tried everything under the sun including deleting the app, clearing bluetooth cache, re-pairing. I even figured out how to reset the fitbit. Nothing worked. I believe something changed in the app a couple months ago. I even switched phones and that didn't work.
I gave up and ordered the Charge 3. Notifications are now working.
