Not getting notifications on versa 2 from my galaxy note 20

Everything says it is synced and my text and calls show that they are on the notification list but nothing comes through...

My Versa 2 stopped sending texts to my Samsung Galaxy S8 in October after a phone update. I've tried everything. I even bought a new phone, Samsung A21 and still won't work. Alexa won't work on Fitbit either. . I've spent hours with support from Fitbit and Samsung and no one can help me. I unpaired my Versa and tried to repair with Bluetooth but it can't find Versa 2 now. However, my fitbit still sends my exercise and sleep info to the app on my phone. I added an old Fitbit Alta to my Bluetooth connection and it can't receive texts, either.  Would really appreciate some help!
