Not getting notifications or female health

My fit bit Versa won't sync properly or get notifications and everytime I click to change notification settings for certain Apps it exists back to the dashboard. And everytime I use female health or click on the period checker section it exits out of the whole app. The version of my watch is 32.33.1.30 and my phone is Android and it's android 8.1.0 and colorOS version V5.2. If that helps. I have deleted the app and re downloaded it I've also turned of Bluetooth and back on I feel like I've tried everything from previous posts and nothing seems to work. I really love my fit bit Versa however it's a bit frustrating that I cant get any notifications or track female health on here at the moment 😞

Me too! It's been doing this for a few days. Every time I click on the tracker it shuts the app. Have reinstalled and no change. Very frustrating, as that function has been so useful to me. Phone is an Oppo too

Hello

No solution just yet they are trying with a new watch but I will I will have to same issue. I am very tempted to just buy the new Samsung Active as I feel that will pair with the Oppo phone with no issues

I use charge 2. Same issue with female health tracker for a few weeks now and I too have an Oppo R17 Pro. And now, everytime I try to enable notifications, the app goes back to the dashboard!! Did everything I could, but to no avail.
