My Inspire HR will not sync with my Samsung S5, even though I was told it was compatible before I bought it. I have read that this is a common problem with Samsung,  so what is being done about it? This was an expensive purchase for me. Don't think I will purchase from Fit it brand again. I'm really frustrated with the lack of help from the company as well.
