My Versa was paired with a different cell phone. I just got a new Samsung and I don't get notifications to my Versa any longer .

If you still have your old phone have you removed any bluetooth connection to the fitbit that might be blocking connection to your new phone?
Have you made sure your new Samsung phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

Thanks! I did unpair my Versa from the old phone, and then re-paired with my new Samsung. It turns out that my new phone was not officially supported by Fitbit, but it seems to be working Ok.

Which Samsung did you get? I want a Versa but my new Huawei doesnt seem to be supported so thinking of switching to Samsung.
