Not getting phone notifications on Versa

I have read the guide to get notifications on my Versa from my phone.

 

It says when I go to the Notifications section on the FitBit app I should turn on the ones I want to receive; however, it only shows options for push notifications or email notifications. I can't find any section for phone notifications or app notifications.

 

I've been trying to figure this out for a few weeks and haven't had any luck. I have everything turned on as far as the Bluetooth connection, I have the notifications turned on through the watch, etc. I tried looking for a similar question on the boards here but couldn't find anything.

Has anyone else had this problem and figured out the solution? Thanks

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing everything that you have already tried to get the notifications to work.

 

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on and ask what phone is it that you are using with your Fitbit. Additionally, could you share a screenshot of what you are getting on the notifications setting on the Fitbit app?

 

Having that information should definitely help me better understand what is going on.
