Losing patience now....
Have tried EVERYTHING multiple times to get my charge 2 to sync with Samsung galaxy a40 with no success...
Have got the red dot on account settings to say update required but it will not work.
Tried force closing app, reinstalling, turning bluetooth on phone off on again, restarted phone, restarted fitbit...
Never had any issues in last 15 months until now....😪

I've been unable to synch my Flex (original) since 10am yesterday. At this point, this **ahem** is useless. As far as I can tell, the company doesn't care and simply wants to force people to upgrade their devices. AND my new smartphone, a Samsung Galaxy 10e isn't even compatible because the company hasnt added it to the list of compatible devices.

I'm having the same problems. Have been unable to update the firmware but was working fine otherwise until today. It now won't sync at all and like you I have tried everything that troubleshooting suggests

I am having the same issues. Won't sync, won't update, because it's not syncing...losing patience...

DITTO with IOS. The App cannot find my device.
