My fit bit flex hasn't synced since 8/24/19. I did live chat support and said would fix with update. Fitbit 3.t downloaded same issues. Bluetooth finds it but won't sync to app. What else can I do? I did add a device select flex in app and it only gets to tap feel vibration and then quits. I'm tired of this. I need an answer.

I don't know which app version you have (3.t?), but there is a version 3.5 now.
Also not clear if you are trying to sync or to add a device.

I can't get any further after vibration. I had to unpaired to set up again. I have 3.5 version of app and nothing works still.
