I have no info on my phone from Thursday at 3 p.m. until today Saturday at 250 a.m. is this a sync problem on my end or is it something that others had a problem with

I have no info on my phone from Thursday at 3 p.m. until today Saturday at 250 a.m. is this a sync problem on my end or is it something that others had a problem with. I have a LG Stylest 3 Android phone. This is the first time not working for that long. I really needed that info as I was sick & my heart Dr wanted that info from me. What's up???

@Gjcas, if your app dashboard does not show any current data, it probably indicates that your tracker has not been synced. If you open the account screen on the app, what does it show as the last time the device synced?

It was synced but nothing happened it didn't work again until the next day
I lost more than 24 hours of information it seems like everything was okay
on my end it just wouldn't sink for that 24 hours I noticed other people
complain about not having info for a certain amount of time is this going
to be an ongoing problem or should I have my Fitbit recheck somehow I did
everything I was supposed to even turn off my Bluetooth and data and reset
my Fitbit watch nothing worked correctly so I went to bed next morning it
was fine
