Hi I've lost my sleep app in the charge 3 application also I can not get it to sync to my Samsung galaxy5

Welcome to the Forums @niagaranana.

 

Let me help you figure out how to get the Fitbit to sync again and to get the sleep information on the app again.

 

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. Those should help in getting your Charge 3 to sync once again.

 

As for the sleep on the app, try to proceed with the steps shown by clicking here.
