Not getting text notifications

I just bought my inspire hr yesterday and haven't been able to recieve any text notifications. Phone calls show but that's it. I have notifications turned on and not sure what else to do. Any help would be great..looking forward to using my inspire hr

One possible answer is the default text app that is set. Go to the settings on the Fitbit phone app and then tap on the device tile. Look for notifications and check the default text app. Make sure it is your main one. Then you can go to the apps tile and then scroll down and turn on the notifications for all the text apps that you use. Hope this helps.
