The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to check on the spam or trash folders in your email. It is possible that it was sent there by mistake or that your account's filters sent it over there. In addition, please verify that you have entered the correct email address for your account.

Okay, so I verified that my email address works. I checked my spam and trash folder. As far as I can see I should have received multiple emails at tompkins@pobox.com after trying the verify button many times.
