Not logging food

All of a sudden, most of my "saved" and "frequent" food items are missing. Even when I try to add a new item, it does not show up under either section. Can I get my food history back?

@Dfscpa   Your post wound up in a child's device forum.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  Many food logging issues are platform specific.  You post can get moved to a better fit forum, where you might get more help.

Did you try deleting, then reinstalling the Fitbit app?  It is a common troubleshooting step.

I didn't know I was posting on a Child Device Forum.  How do I post to a more general forum?

I use Android.

And yes, my first step was to delete the APP and reinstall it.  But no change.

@Dfscpa I've moved your posts to the correct area for the Android app. I don't track food so I don't have any advice for you. I'm sure someone else will.

Hello @Dfscpa 

There is currently a known issue on the Fitbit side that is affecting food, calorie, and water tracking. The team is aware of the issue and is working on fixing the problem. However, we haven't seen a timeline for the fix yet.
