I'm Android user. I have Google pixel 9 and also Google Pixel watch 4. I wasn't sure what's the Public preview is, I'm new to all this Fitbit stuff, hence I apologise if I am in the wrong place. I uninstalled the app on Friday and installed back up, which did fix readings for Thursday and Friday, but Saturday and Sunday I had the same issue again. It's slightly irritating if I will have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app all the time, but I guess it's not that big of a deal either. Thank you for the reply anyway.

Yesterday I tried to o log my food in as normal and calories out part is not showing at all. When I add calories I have consumed the chart showing I'm over budget, but that incorrect. Calories out are showing properly on the main page. Today the similar issue, not correct amount of calories out is showing. How can I fix this? I noticed in forums this issue has been going on since 2024. I'm frustrated because my calories out and in chart helps me control my eating habits. Will be extremely helpful for help!! Thank you.

There's currently a known issue on the Fitbit side for calorie & food tracking. The team is aware of the issue and is working on fixing the problem. However, we don't have a timeline for the fix.
BTW, you posted in the Public Preview help forum, but your screenshots show the regular Fitbit app. Are you an iOS or Android user?

Thanks for letting me know that you're an Android user. I moved this thread to the Android app forum, but in the process, the posts are out of chronological order.
As I mentioned, the team is aware of the issue with calorie & food tracking. I think the fix will be in an app update. So keep watching for a Fitbit app update and install it when it's available to you.

I'm able to log my calories but it never displays on the main screen. It keeps appearing and disappearing on the calories page =- VERY ANNOYING. Does anyone know where we can report this to Fitbit?

You can report this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:
Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, we've gotten confirmation that the team reviews every submitted feedback report and uses the information for issue investigation.
