Hi, i have recently changed my iPhone to a samsung s7 and i have downloaded the fitbit app but i am not receiving any messages or call notifications.
Any advice on how to sort this would be appreciated.

Hi there @boylo3015, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I saw you are not receiving call notifications after moving from iOS to Android.
Have you re-enable the access of your notifications on your Android phone. For this, I would like to recommend to try these steps: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
Make sure to remove the bond with your iOS and your tracker. It is possible it's interfering with your Android to received notifications. This can be address by accessing to your iOS bluetooth settings and remove your tracker from here.

Hi Roberto.
I have the same problem with my Fitbit Ionic and LGV10 phone since May. I update my fitbit yesterday and it did not resolve the problem. I tried all the troubleshooting and still nothing. Do you have any idea when the problem gonna be fix?
