Not receiving Sleep Score

After the updating my Fitbit versa lite on my LG Stylo 5, it didn't give me a sleep score. It tells me I met my sleep goal and tells me how many times I woke up, restless, ECT. It does not graph anything about them or deep. Anyone having this issue or know what to do?

Hi @MelieR92, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. In order to receive your sleep score, you must see sleep stages, for more information about this feature please check: What should I know about sleep stages?. If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:

  • Note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear.
  • Update the Fitbit app to the latest version. For instructions, see About the Fitbit app.

Let me know if the issue persists and if you have any additional questions.

I went through everything and it still wouldn't give me a sleep score. Until today when I unpaired my versa lite device for music. So in my Bluetooth settings I had versa Fitbit then versa lite. Versa lite appeared when I tried to pair for music controls but it didn't work. I just removed it this morning, right after doing soy sleep score finally appeared. I'm not sure if the two connect but something made it work. I don't have score for the last two nights but hopefully this helps someone else.
