Hi

Since 5 of August the sleep is tracked correctly but it doesn't appear the sleep score.

I attach a screenshoot from my Android Device (Huawei P30 Pro)

I have done the log out and log in again. Also I view the same information in the webpage

Hi @acangros, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!

Thanks for your post and for the screenshots that were attached, your effort trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here is also appreciated. Let me share with you that the reason why you didn't receive a Sleep Score on certain days (From August 5th to 8th) is because your Fitbit device recorded auto-sleep logs instead of Sleep Stages, and in order for your device to generate a Sleep Score, Sleep Stages are needed. For more information about this, please check: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

On the other hand and because you didn't receive Sleep Stages in a couple of days, let me share with you that there are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more details about why you see your sleep pattern, tap the actual sleep record that shows your sleep pattern and you'll find the reason why Sleep Stages were not generated at the bottom.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

thanks @RicardoFitbit

Since 5th of August until today I don't have my sleep score. I attach new screenshots.

I sleep in the same way, the fitbit is well collocated and with energy, I dont use the "begin sleep now" and I sleep more than 3 hours.

What more can we check? thanks

I have been getting the same thing since August 9th. I got sleep scores July 01-09. Then nothing, and then magically started working again August 01-09. Nothing since. Also strange that The same 9 days of both months I got sleep scores then nothing. No change in wear or anything. I tried all the troubleshooting tips/tricks, uninstalled, reinstalled app, deleted from bluetooth and resynced again. I've never used the sleep now function. I received an update on August 10th, I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I received one a few days ago as well and didn't fix it. Before July 9th, I very rarely had no sleep score. I have a charge 2 (3 years old in December) and use it mostly for sleep tracking, but it works great otherwise still. I have been wearing it more to try to rule out if my fitbit is failing, the only issue is with sleep. I see people with the same problems in the sleep well forum, sleep score randomly disappearing and not coming back or coming back randomly then disappearing again. Was considering an upgrade in the upcoming months, but now I'm not so sure. Fitbit support on twitter only sent me a troubleshooting link and said have a nice day, discouraged to try again, so just waiting to see if they pop back in on September 1st.
