I have not received detailed sleep data rem, light, deep etc or sleep score since 9/24. Is there a known issue or way to fix it? Inspire HR galaxy s10

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me if you didn't receive Sleep Stages not even once since September 24th? Did you experienced this in the past or it's the first time? Let me share with you that in order to receive Sleep Score, you need to receive Sleep Stages, this is the reason why you are not getting your Sleep Score report.
In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit device and try sleeping with the device on your non-dominant hand.
