Unable to sync device with LG K30

I am having an issue with my android app.  Last week I changed internet providers and I had to change the wifi settings within the app.  I did so and everything was fine until yesterday.  Now the app does not find any wifi.  It just has the spinning circle as if it is searching for wifi.  I am unable to sync the Fitbit properly and I'm not able to use any of the apps on the watch.  I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that did not work.  I have also completely shut down my phone and restarted and that didn't help either.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you with this. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
