Not receiving Text / Call notifications with Versa

Just purchased the VERSA after having the ALTA.  Received calls notifications on the ALTA but cannot seem to get any calls or text notifications on the new device.  So frustrating!  I have a Samsung Note 5.

Hi there @chrislvsgb, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I was reading you are not able to receive notifications on your Fitbit Versa. Have you reviewed if the app has all the necessary permissions to access your phone?

Usually if this is the case, you will see an alert in the notifications setting of the Fitbit app. For more help please review this article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
