Samsung S10. Has ben working perfectly fine but since yesterday WhatsApp notifications are off for some reason. The app is turned on for notifications.
Already tried estarteing phone and watch but nothing happened.
Both apps (WhatsApp and Fitbit) are up to date on my phone.
Not sure what to do next.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I am not getting any notifications on my Fitbit Versa, but I am getting call notifications. No one has answered my post. Please help. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, turned off my phone, checked my Versa to make sure it’s not on DND. This happened before and it’s very frustrating.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post about your concern. I understand your frustration with this. To move forward with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? Can you please confirm if the steps from my previous post were already took into consideration?
