I am able to receive text notifications on my Versa, but as of a couple of days ago, I no longer receive email notifications. I've allowed for email notifications on both my Galaxy S7 and on my Versa, but I'm still not receiving them. This is just very strange because up until a few days ago, I was receiving email notifications. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated

I'm having this same issue, started several days ago for me as well. I'm getting text notifications, google calendar notifications, and NYT notifications, but not gmail (default mail) nor outlook notifications. I've got a Samsung S9 and Versa.

Interesting. I'm planning to call customer support tonight because I don't know what else to do. Are you planning to try anything else?

I did quite a bit already to no avail:
1. restarted my versa
2. restarted my phone
3. unpaired and repaired versa to phone
4. toggled bluetooth
5. did all the above in various orders
And I eventually found a fix! Uninstall the app, then reinstall it. Now I'm getting all notifications! Hopefully that step alone is sufficient, and it's not because I previously did steps 1-5. Good luck!

So I did all of the steps you mentioned and when I still wasn't receiving email notifications, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. It's still not working. It's so frustrating because it was working a few days ago and it just suddenly stopped! I guess I'll be trying customer service unless anyone else has any other suggestions. Thanks!

So I tried many of the suggestions listed in the help center again and my email notifications started working again! Unfortunately, I'm not sure which suggestion actually worked since I tried so many! Thanks again!
