Just got the Fitbit Charge 4 for Mother's Day.  Phone Call and texts come through my Fitbit but not emails.  I have an Android and have followed all the suggested tips and recommendations, but still nothing.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Let me know if the issue persists and if you have any additional questions.

I have already checked the "How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit".  I am have a Moto e5 plus with Android OS 8.0.
