I cannot see beyond two or three of the most recent posts on my profile. Same thing happens if I click on a friend's profile, only the most recent post are visible. I have the Samsung Galaxy S10

@Trisa Welcome back to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I appreciate that you mentioned you're using the Samsung Galaxy S10. When you check a friend's profile, you'll see the most recent post and then at the bottom you'll get the option to see all the posts.

I would like to gather more information in order to provide you with the correct troubleshooting:

- Are you referring to the Community feed posts?

- What do you see when you click on a friend's profile?

- Could you attach a screenshot to your next reply?

Keep me posted!

Hi, thanks for responding!I'm not referring to community feed, but my own profile, as well as my friend's profiles. It's so frustrating that I can't see my own photos or comments on my posts. I am aware of the View All Posts option, but it doesn't do what it says, it doesn't show any more posts than if I hadn't tapped it. This screenshot is of my profile after scrolling as far as it let's me, displaying the View All Posts option:This is what I see after tapping the View All Posts option and scrolling all the way down:There are many, many more dating back years. Please help me be able to see them. Thanks in advance for your assistance!Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

@Trisa Thanks for getting back. We’re aware of it, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products.

We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Regarding your inquiry about the name that shows in the forums and the name that appears on your Fitbit Dashboard, your profiles are different. That's why you're seeing Trisa as a username here and you're seeing Teresa G in your Fitbit app.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Any update on resolving on my account issues?

I'd like to know why the names aren't aligned "Teresa G" and "Trisa. "

I should be able to access all my posts from the first time I joined fitbit in 2014.

@Trisa Thanks for getting back. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Our team is aware of the issue you're experiencing with the posts on Community Feed. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.

Regarding the name that you're seeing here on the Fitbit app, as mentioned before the Community username is different than the name displayed on your account. If you would like to change your name on your account, check this article for further instructions.
