Ive had my versa 2 for about 2 years with no issue when suddenly yesterday it stopped syncing. I solved that issue however now i am not receiving messages. I have gone through all settings everything is allowed on both my phone and the app however no messages or calls are coming through my watch. Reading the forums i have done everything recommended but still nothing.

Hi @Klw1989 - the syncing issue might not be fully resolved or you may have sleep or do not disturb enabled.
Try logout of the app and restart both phone and watch and then sync
On the watch go to Quick Settings and check.
You can use the SimpleCheckUp app to check if your watch is connecting and when it was last synced and other useful information for checking issues.
