I just received a Versa 2 for Christmas and had no trouble syncing with the app on my Pixel 3xl. But my text notifications and phone calls are not showing.

Hi @Mimikatie. Welcome to the Forums.

Congrats on your new Versa 2! I'll help you out so you can receive notifications from your phone. Since the Google Pixel 3XL is part of the compatible devices list, please make sure of the following:

  • The Fitbit app is allowed to run on the background.
  • Your Versa 2 is often syncing with the Fitbit app.
  • Your watch has the notifications turned on. This can be done by swiping down from the top of the screen, tapping the quick settings icon and turning off the Do Not Disturb (little circle with a line) and Sleep Mode (little moon) settings.

Once these conditions are met, remove your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and set up the notifications one more time.
