"Alignment low" notification that woke me while sleeping

I got an "alignment low" notification that woke me up at 3am on Fitbit Charge 3. The Fitbit buzzed constantly until it woke me up. I managed to turn it off (not quite sure how...wildly swiping the screen and pressing the button without my glasses on). Has anyone else had this happen or have ideas to prevent it? A main reason I got the Charge 3 was to track sleep data, so I'm not keen to stop wearing it at night.

That message usually comes from the relaxation breathing app.  It sounds like you somehow accidentally got into that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi I just had the same thing happen. First time ever. I can’t imagine I was in the relax app. It scared the heck out of me. Mine also had a heart on it with 72-76
