Hello!
I need your help in the following matter: Last week I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy S10. When I tried to connect my Charge 2 with the phone, it paired, but I cannot get notifications on my bracelet when I receive calls and messages. What can I do to fix this issues?

First of all, let me share that your Samsung Galaxy S10 isn't a supported device, meaning that it hasn't been fully optimized to work with the Fitbit app. While there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, let's try some steps together. If you have your old phone with you, please remove the Charge 2 from the Bluetooth settings and do the same on your new phone. Once that is done, give a try to the following:
