Just got the Samsung Note 10+. I was receiving e-mail and text notifications with my S9 and Versa before with no problem, now I'm not able. Does anyone have the same issues or a fix for this?

I regret to hear that you are having difficulties to receive notifications on your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for the provided information.
The Samsung Note 10+ is not part of the list of supported devices. Many users are able to sync and receive notifications from non listed devices, but on these cases we aren't able to guarantee that everything will work as intended. Our team constantly adds new devices to the list. You can check once in a while for updates.
