I've been writing and reaching out to customer service for help to fix the issue but I keep getting the same answer - we are aware of the ongoing problem and we are trying to fix it. I've been trying to ask for a timeline and expectation on when it can be resolved but nobody knows. Seems like I'm not the only one who faces this issue, and I suggest to please not put it as a promised feature when you cannot deliver on that aspect.

Sorry @daisyblues but as your fellow comunity of Fitbit users we could give tips if we knew what phone.
The issue is in the phone or app settings, have you checked the android tips?

Hi @Rich_Laue thanks for reaching out. I am using a Xiaomi 9T. Yes I did check out android tips before posting and similar to @wanzicherry I've tried all things such as restarted my phone, repairing, reinstalling and it would work for 2mins before showing the same error message. I even spoke to support but they could not offer any solution either

Hi @RicardoFitbit noticed that you tagged this under clarified subject. Would be great if you can point me to a solution then? I'm looking for help to fix this issue so if it already is a clarified subject please do point me to a post that was a working solution. Thanks!
