Not receiving notifications on Alta

Is there an update yet on a fix for the text and phone info on Android.  Very frustrating.

Hello @BaileyAnna, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back! Sorry for the delay in responding.

 

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, you're not receiving notifications at all or just not receiving one of them? I.e. Receiving text but not phone call notifications and vice versa. 

 

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Alta are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I have done everything requested. Alta still shows wrong caller id. Android shows correct info.

Your effort troubleshooting this situation with me is appreciated. So we can move forward with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using with your Fitbit? Please make sure that such device is compatible with our products and services because a compatibility concern can affect the notifications feature.

I am using Samsung J3. Software is 8.0. It was perfect before the Fitbit last update. Hasn't worked correctly since.
