I am really frustrated. I have owned my Charge 3 for a total of three weeks as of Sunday and so far I have not been able to get notifications work for more than a couple of hours at a time. The notice suggested I restart my phone. After restarting my phone many many times I started to uninstall the Fitbit app and reinstall it. By doing this the notifications will work for a couple of hours and then quit and once again I get a message that my phone has to be restarted to get notifications
I would really appreciate some help. This is not the first Fitbit that I have but I'm wondering if it was a bad idea to buy another one

Thank you Ricardo Fitbit,
I checked everything out and ended up for stopping the app. At this moment the notifications show that they're going to run. I will contact this community when / if it happens again

My charge 3 wasn't syncing with my huawei P20 pro even after the problems were fixed and after trying all the trouble shooting techniques. Finally, I tried it with different phones until it connected with an iPhone and it was completely updated to the new software. I tried it again with the new software and it started syncing and working properly. I hope this would be helpful for you.
