Been through all settings and can't seem to get notifications from to my phone to  versa 2 watch help!! I've had fitbits for years but just recently changed from iPhone to Huawei y6p and can't figure it I've looked everywhere it currently wouldn't allow me to download app but somehow got it tia

@Kelsiii6 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the research done prior to posting. 

 

I'd like you to confirm that this procedure was followed to set notifications on your Versa 2. Also confirm that the Android OS 7.0 or higher is installed on your phone. 

 

If you're receiving any error message when setting your notifications please let me know so I can provide the appropriate troubleshooting.
