Hi there i am using versa 2, i just bought it couple of days and not receiving any notification, in evey 10 minutes it tells me to restart your phone to receive notifications, i have tried everything. Can anyone help with this pls as i am new to fitbit so pls help me this. Thanks.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
