Not receiving notifications on Versa 2

Are Fitbit aware that there is a problem with the notification function, constantly getting a message to restart the phone but after doing this it still doesn't work.

ls there a planned update / fix to solve this issue ?

 

This issue should be fixed asap, notifications is main selling point of this Fitbit, not worth the money if it isn't working !!!

 

Loads of threads on internet where Fitbit users are having the same problem, unable to receive texts/phone calls etc. Obviously a software or app fault.

Phone and app settings checked,checked and checked and are OK.

 

Hopefully Fitbit will sort it but if anyone has a definate fix please share on the forum.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using with your Versa 2? When was the first time you experienced this inconvenience and how many times since then? You're not receiving notifications at all or just one type of them? 

 

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes. Also, please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.
