Not receiving notifications on Versa 2

I just recently got a Versa 2 I do not receive text or call notification after I've tried all the troubleshooting tips

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I have a Galaxy 10e. I just got the Versa 2 and I followed all the tips on
syncing your notifications I receive calls and emails but no text
notifications. I seen where someone said it's a Fitbit issue so I'm
wondering if that's true so I can return the watch before it's too late
