I hv the versa2 and I've downloaded the fitsbit app to my phone but I'm not getting my text messages or no notifications to my versa,what did I do wrong?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Versa 2? Are you receiving phone call notifications but not text or nothing at all? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
