My friend gave me a Charge HR, the time is off and I'm guessing it's set to her stats so I downloaded the app to be able to reset it but after I put in the code from the fitbit it seems to stall. Any ideas?

Was your friend around when you tried this? If so, make sure her phone doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your phone.

 

Also, have you checked that your phone works with fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

Still won't work and it says my phone is compatible.
