Hi,
I don't think I am alone here, but wanted to post.
Since the last FitBit update, notifications have stopped working. I am on Android 9, pretty vanilla OS.
I uninstalled & reinstalled FitBit app, no luck. Restarted everything, double checked notifications,permissions, etc... nada.
Seems to be a bigger issue than just me.
Any help is appreciated.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using to sync your Fitbit? Also, you're not receiving text and phone call notifications or just one of them?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi,
I'm having the same problem and it seems to be since I updated last weekend. I'm not receiving notifications for my emails. At first I wasn't getting notifications for messages but I've that resolved since. I have tried everything. Restarted, forced stop on the Fitbit app, doubled checked I've all the right configurations, turned on/off Bluetooth but no joy? What else can I do? Has the update caused a blip?

Please re-setup the notifications feature and keep me posted. Please make sure that you're using a compatible mobile device.
