My Fitbit Versa was working absolutely fine until a couple of days ago, when I updated it. Now my Versa won't receive messages from my Android phone. I have tried unsyncing and unpairing both devices but nothing seems to work. Someone please help.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Are you not receiving any type of notifications or just one type?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
