I was given a nice new versa..so excited...would not sync correctly.with my android phone as far as receiving texts and calls which i rely.on a lot! i was due for upgrade of phone. yup still no sync for my.phone calls amd messaging. very frustrated.i.see.where.fitbit posted it is issue and they'll see how many people have same issue. i would have rather seen post that said we will fix this...i would return my versa as much as i love it before my phone..just sayin
i.also.was.frustrated to see.that i.had.to sign up to twitter before i could leave a message for support help...i dont have twitter nor do.i.want twitter. do the right thing fotbit, your.product should be compatible with all devices both iphone and android.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
