I just bought my Fitbit Inspire HR and I cannot receive notifications on my tracker. I have restarted my phone and disconnected the device and tried many other things mentioned on the website. 

Is the Xiaomi redmi 4x not compatible with the tracker? If so, it is quite disappointing to have to return the tracker for such an issue.

Hi @kathyvejvodova. I’m sorry to say that your phone does not appear on the list of supported devices. There is a request in the Feature Suggestion forum to make the Xiaomi, redmi 4X a compatible device. You can tap here to add your vote to the idea.

Thanks for trying all of those suggestions to get the notifications to work with your phone. @SunsetRunner Thanks for being around to help.

 

Like @SunsetRunner mentioned his might be happening because RedMi 4x is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

 

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps help with the notifications.
