I have a Samsung A20 phone. My fitbit Alta HR was receiving phone number notifications. Now it is not. Also will not receive and show text. New phone. Also I had a Motorola phone before and it worked fine with it. Any help? My Fitbit shows me everything else it tracks like heart rate.

Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Alta HR are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Sorry for the confusion, I appreciate your clarification. To move forward with this, can you please let me know if the steps from my previous post were tried with your Samsung Galaxy A20? Keep in mind that this specific mobile device is not compatible with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with it.
