I recently changed from an LG phone to a Pixel 3a. After researching numerous problems I have had with my Fitbit Charge 2 communicating with the phone, it appears that the Pixel 3a is not a supported device yet. Has anyone been able to receive text messages and phone call notifications from their 3a? If so, how did you complete this? Is there any information on when we can expect the 3a to be a supported device?
Thank you.

Hi @Greyhoundfun, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back.
Thanks for your post and all the information that was shared on it. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're not receiving phone and text notifications or just one of them? When was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Google Pixel 3A will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advice for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for an update.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Ricardo,
The Pixel 3a phone is new and I have only had it a week. It took me days of re-syncing, restarting and checking all notifications and permissions before I could get them to stay connected. That now appears to work. I have not received any call or text messages notifications since I have started using this phone. I also noticed today that the GPS tracking in exercise mode does not work either. It recorded distance, pace, & height but the map is not even close by showing a straight line instead of a loop. (The GPS map did work in the AllTrails app on the same hike.) All notifications are on, Fitbit is allowed to run in the background, and notifications show on the lock screen. I have cancelled, forgotten device, reinstalled, and restarted both the Charge 2 and the Pixel 3a so many times in this past week that I have lost count. I'm not sure what else to try at this point. Hopefully you will be able to offer advice so that I can enjoy using the Charge 2 again.
Thanks.
