Hi all my fitbit not a year old and won't charge any suggestions

Hi @Shellyace. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around.

Thanks for letting me know about your Fitbit and let's work together to get it working again. I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Clean the gold contacts on your Fitbit and charging cable.
  2. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your Fitbit to the charging cable.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  4. Restart your Fitbit.

If the issue persists, please reply back with the model of your Fitbit. Also, let me know if you felt a vibration when restarting or charging it.

Cleaned the gold studs and now it's back up and running
