I have a HUAWEI  P30 Lite and I'm not receiving text or calls notification anymore ony Versa. Everything was working great before the new phone. My old one was an LG7

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured.

 

After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi. I have the same issue as this too. I only got my fitbit versa 2 a day ago and already my notifications have stopped working 4 times. Each time I have had to uninstall the app on my Huawei P30 Lite and then reinstall and set it all up again. Sometimes it's fine for a good few hours and then today I have unistalled and reinstalled 3 times already. I have looked through all your troubleshooting advice links and can't find a way of fixing it.

 

Ease could you advise me on what to do next
