Hi! I updated my phone from a huawei p20 to a p30 and now my ionic wont receive any notifications at all i tried uninstalling the app and turning notifications on and off and it has a hard time to sync as well i have to click the sync option many times before it actually sync. HELP please!! 😞

After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Please keep in mind that the Huawei P30 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it.

I found the answer it took a little bit but after uninstalling the app and restarting my watch it came back to normal and now it works! Thanks

Problem with P30 is that Huawei has per default enabled strong battery management and that prevents Fitbit app services running when screen is locked. I had this issue and went to battery settings and disabled automatic power management for Fitbit app. After that, synchronization and notifications are sent from phone to my Charge 3. Others that have this problem can also try this.

Thank you bejli !!!! This worked perfectly. Now my P30 Lite and Charge 3 are in perfect sync and notifications working. Wish I had found your solution months ago.
